A. Postage is free over £100.00. What are the limitations?

Q. What is TopGear Superstore`s delivery policy?

A. Postage will be charged according to the size and weight of your item. A DVD for example will only be £1.95. We will charge no more than £7.95 for next day delivery to any UK address. We will happily send out to most European destinations on a 2/4 day service for only £16.95. We have minimum order value requirements.

 Goods are transported directly to your registered credit card or registered Paypal address.

Q. When can I expect my order?

A. If goods are in stock and the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday. On occasions we may be out of stock of your item which may delay the despatch of your item by one to two working day. If, however the delay is longer than this we will contact you to ensure you are happy to wait or to offer an alternative.

Q. Which Courier Company do you use? A. We use Interlink Express for all of our larger deliveries under £99.99 and also instead of the Free Royal Mail Tracked delivery when this service is added to the basket when the order value is over £100.00.  This is the company that has offered our customers the best and most reliable service. For smaller packages we use Royal Mail.

Q. I live outside of Europe and I can`t seem to find any postage options for my destination?

A. The postage costs can vary dramatically by weight, size and destination. Simply contact us by email or phone and we can give you a specific quotation
